PickUp Kindly offers:

Donation Pickup Services for furniture, appliances, clothing, and household goods
Eco-Friendly Disposal through recycling and responsible donation methods
Transparent Pricing as outlined in our Pricing Guide

⚠️ We do not accept hazardous waste, toxic chemicals, paints, or flammable materials.

3. User Responsibilities

By booking a donation pickup, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about items for pickup
Ensure safe and reasonable access to your property
Notify us of any oversized, unusually heavy, or fragile items in advance

Refrain from including prohibited or hazardous items

4. Pricing and Payments

Our minimum service fee is $99.99 per pickup.
Additional item-based and service fees may apply (stairs, disassembly, fuel surcharge).
A $15 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling.
Final payment is due upon service completion.

We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved electronic payment methods..

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Rescheduling is permitted without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

6. Service Limitations

PickUp Kindly reserves the right to refuse service if:

Items are unsafe to remove
Property access poses risks to our team
Items include prohibited or hazardous materials

We are not responsible for damage to items intended for disposal or donation.

7. Liability Disclaimer

PickUp Kindly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that items designated for donation or disposal are ready for pickup.

While we take every precaution to prevent property damage, we are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing structural conditions, unsafe access points, or fragile items.
