Our donation pickup service works with vetted local charities in every region we serve — including Salvation Army, Goodwill, area shelters, and nonprofits — ensuring your donations help those in need.

To ensure your donations can effectively help others, all items must meet the following standards:
Clean and sanitized; functional; minimal wear; complete (all parts/cords included); something you’d feel comfortable giving to a friend.
No rips, tears, or significant stains; structurally sound; drawers and doors function properly; cushions retain their shape.
Freshly laundered and odor-free; no holes, stains, or excessive pilling; zippers and buttons work properly.
Clean and free of food residue; no chips, cracks, or missing pieces; moving parts function smoothly.
Follow these preparation tips to ensure your donation pickup goes smoothly:
Group similar items together. Place everything in an easily accessible location. Use boxes or bags for small items and label them by category.
Wash all clothing before donation. Wipe down furniture and remove dust. Clean electronics screens and keyboards. Sanitize dishes and kitchenware.
Take photos for your own tax records. Make a list of donated items and estimate fair market values. We’ll provide an official donation receipt within 24 hours.

Very minor issues (e.g. a loose button) are usually fine. Items needing significant repairs cannot be accepted — charities typically don’t have the resources to fix damaged donations.
Yes — we accept office furniture, supplies, and equipment from businesses in all our service areas. Business donations must meet the same condition requirements as household items.
Our team will explain which items don’t meet guidelines and suggest alternatives. We’ll still collect all eligible items and provide documentation for what was donated.
Some charity partners have higher demand for seasonal items. We accept seasonal donations year-round, but timing them to match demand means faster re-homing.
